CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
As our events are to be treated like a concert or show, we do not offer refunds for tickets purchased to events. All sales are final.
Paint Your Poison reserves the rights to cancel any class for any unforeseen reason at any time. If Paint Your Poison cancels a class, you will be offered a full refund, or store credit if you prefer. Paint Your Poison will always give 24-48 hours notice when possible of a class cancellation.
Paint Your Poison reserves the rights to remove disorderly individuals from a class if instructor deems that participant is not conducting themselves appropriately to the point where it is disrupting the rest of the class or the instructor’s ability to teach. Disruptive individuals will not receive a refund or store credit.
Anyone receiving Paint Your Poison’s services agrees they will not chargeback their payment that they or someone on their behalf has paid to receive Paint Your Poison’s services for any reason. Paint Your Poison will pursue payment by any and all means necessary. You authorize that we may charge the full amount back including any fees resulting from your chargeback. If you believe someone has fraudulently paid for our services with your credit or debit card, please contact us immediately in writing at info@paintyourpoison.com
Private Events: If the organizer is requesting a cancellation, the organizer will forfeit the their payment. We will work with you on rescheduling your party if needed. In the rare event that Paint Your Poison needs to cancel a private event, all payment will be refunded.

VENUE AGREEMENT
Venues may request to be added as an Additional Insured Entity to Paint Your Poison’s General liability Insurance. Otherwise, Venues hosting any Paint Your Poison public painting event or private event assume responsibility for all claims, liabilities, attorney’s fees, medical claims, and costs of their events.
By arranging a Paint Your Poison private painting party, you are agreeing to indemnify and hold Paint Your Poison LLC harmless for any costs, fees, attorney’s fees, claims, demands, or liabilities of any kind related to hosting and participating at a Paint Your Poison private painting event.
Paint Your Poison instructors will do their absolute best to protect venue property by placing protective covers on the tables of participants, by cleaning up and discarding trash created by holding the event, and by cleaning up any paint that has visibly gone astray onto any surrounding areas where the event has been held. By being a venue of a Paint Your Poison event, you agree that you cannot hold Paint Your Poison liable for any damage caused by our shared customers of an event. By being a venue of a Paint Your Poison event you also agree to allowing access to bathrooms, water, waste water disposal, and trash disposal of your facility.
ASSIGNED SEATING
Seating is pre-determined to better serve all of our customers, including those who may have disabilities. When purchasing your tickets online, please use the seating request field so that we can make sure everyone in your party is sitting together! Paint Your Poison is not responsible for inability of participants to sit where they want at an event, and inability to do so shall not result in a refund or store credit.
CHOICE CUSTOMIZING
The only way to guarantee you get your preferred choice customization for your painting is to order your tickets online 2 days in advance of an event. When you purchase tickets online, you will need to select your preferred choice options. Instructors carry extra materials and will try to accommodate walk-ins as best possible to receive their preferred customization. Paint Your Poison is not responsible for inability of participants to customize their artwork more than what options are offered on the website when buying tickets and inability to do so will not result in a refund or store credit.
PRIVATE PARTY AGREEMENT
Hosts organizing Paint Your Poison private painting events (including fundraisers, team building events, birthday parties, bachelorette parties and all other parties) assume responsibility for all claims, liabilities, attorney’s fees, medical claims, and costs of their events. The Host is the person not employed by Paint Your Poison who is corresponding with Paint Your Poison to create an event.
Hosts are responsible for full payment of their private Paint Your Poison painting event. 10 participants is typically the minimum amount of participants needed to book a private party unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Hosts must pay the full payment of at least $350 to reserve the date. Custom paintings are not started until the deposit has been made. Custom paintings typically do not get revisions or edits - if the host wishes to change the custom painting, they may then choose from our gallery of existing paintings. Hosts may be asked to pay up to 3 weeks in advance depending on supplies required for party.
A final count and final payment of the private party is due one full week before the date of the party. Refunds will not be given for absent attendees. Refunds will not be given for changes in guest attendance that occur less than one week prior to the event.

TERMS
“Paint Your Poison” is used to refer to the partnership entity Paint Your Poison LLC, established in the state of Michigan in 2019
Paint Your Poison employs “Instructors” and “Teachers” to guide customers in creating a piece of artwork. “Instructors” and “Teachers” are not licensed, nor to do they have degrees in teaching.
Paint Your Poison painting “classes” are not redeemable for credits in any university or college.
Paint Your Poison provides “services” such as “instructing” “teaching” and “assisting” customers create artwork at live events. Paint Your Poison also helps Hosts organize private painting events.
“Party” “Event” and “Class” are all terms used interchangeably to refer to the occasion time/date/place/circumstances where Paint Your Poison performs it’s services for the customer.
”Customer” “Participant” “Painter” are all terms used interchangeably to refer to the persons receiving services.
“Host” and “Organizer” are terms used interchangeably to refer to the person not employed by Paint Your Poison who is corresponding with Paint Your Poison to create an event.
”Venue” “Restaurant” “Bar” “Location” “Residence” are terms used interchangeably to refer to the place where Paint Your Poison is rendering it’s services.
“Chargeback” refers to when anyone receiving our services gets their credit or debit card provider to reverse a fee paid to Paint Your Poison initiated by themselves or by someone on behalf of themself.
